How to install Ubuntu Touch OS
You can install Ubuntu Touch on this device using the UBports Installer on your computer.
Make sure your device is unlocked and has the required version of Android installed. Before installing, follow the device-specific instructions below:
- Please double-check that your device is the following model: Xiaomi Redmi 9 (lancelot).
- Please double-check that your device is running the latest available stock Android 11 firmware (MIUI 12.5.4.0 recomended).
- If you haven't done so already, make sure to OEM unlock your device first.
